looking for a certain puffer..Oddball help....

i am looking to get
Red-tail dwarf puffers Carinotetraodon irrubesco
a male and a female, or at least some idea of price,a nd where to get them.
i have a 20 long that will be heavily planted and devoted to them totally. if i can find them. any help would be great!!!
my LFS cant get them. all they can get are green spots, ive had those, and they can get the indian dwarfs also, which i have had, and i guess ill resort to those if i must, but i would like to get some more exotice FW puffers, that would be at home in a tank that size, so i know Mbu's are out*L*

ok i keep adding but, are the red tail dwarfs, and the red eye red tails puffer the same type of fish?! im finding them as two difffernt species, some places. and others have them as the same....
