Looking for a corydoras ID.

Not a Cory expert but to me they look like young brochis splendens.
A fish I have not seen around for quite a while, especially not young ones. 10 years ago these used to be much more common to find.

I'm familiar with adult brochis splendens, didn't realize juveniles had sailfins. I'm assuming they grow out of them and that this isn't a trait that's been bred for?

These are the best screenshots I could get. A closer clear side shot would help.

Yes the juvies have the sailfins and unfortunately (in my opinion) they grow out of them as the mature, as they do look much nicer when young.
