Looking For A Cuban Gar

I am looking for a Cuban Gar
I know the are illegal to export from Cuba, and I'm pretty sure they are legal to be bought from countrys that are breeding them
Like Japan and Singapore
Does anybody know where I can find one to buy
I am willing to pay for freight

I wish I would have been into the hobby a long time ago, I used to work in Cuba (at "Gitmo") All my free time went to diving. Gars and sheepheads are everwhere there. I dont know if I will ever get to dive somewhere as nice Cuba
