Looking for a female ray because i would like to attempt to bread.
If anyone could help me out or point me to the right person to talk to i would appreciate it currently have a 180 gallon tank with 125 gallon sump, 125 gallon tank with 60 gallon sump
 
My male is 11 inch marble Motoro looking for around the same size but if it's a little smaller I would not mind I have another tank I could separate for a bit if I have to (125g 24wx18hx72l) would like another marble or anything that would make a nice hybrid

Sorry i found a nice marble female and picking her up this weekend. Sounds like you have some very nice rays, feel like it is a little above my experience level to have that expensive of a stingray at the moment.
would be inerested in seeing some pictures if you dont mind
 
Well that deal fell threw so back o the hunt for a female.
Honestly kevincao if you had a ray for around 500 i would come buy it this weekend. Just not ready or able to spend 1300+ on a stingray right now
 
I would stick with hystrix or smaller Marbles. Your tank is very small for a pair of rays. Do you have another larger tank ready? Are you able to upgrade in a year or two? Another large tank for pups?

Black rays and motoros will get over 2 ft disc in time.
 
I have plans on building a tank in the near future have 2 pieces of 2'x6'x 5/8 thick glass and plan on using that for a 8'x8'x28" build just need a permanent home for a tank that size, then my 180g becomes a grow out tank. I do realize my tank is not going to big enough for long i am way over filtering with the sump i am running also.yes i have a 125 gallon grow tank with a trickle filter almost ready to go just need a few more solid days and it will be up and running.
I had a hystrix i was going to buy but sold before i had a chance to talk to the guy and was going to buy a marble female but ended up he did t want to sell it after i paid him a deposit. Got my money back tho
