Nope, these are big boys. Can't really see the eyes to make a proper id but can guarantee these would reach greater than 3ft if properly cared for. Between b. bagarius, b.yarelli and b.cf.Indochina IMO but without seeing a better shot of the eye I wouldn't rule any of the three out.
