Not choosing sides but just trying to help so no one gets busted on the legality factor.... Just because a store is selling it doesnt mean its legal. Ive been to stores in cali where they sold gars and snakeheads and rays even though they were illegal. Again not choosing sides just clarifying so no one gets popped with legal issues.

The last "no rays in NY" thread said it was NYC not NY State.

^^ Correct. they are supposedly banning Rays in New York city and the 5 bouroughs. I do not believe Long island falls into that law.
