Looking for a new fish to breed

I have bred guppies, platys, and cichlids in the past. Recently sold my 120 gallon tank and now looking for ideas on what to breed next. I'm looking for a small fish that I can breed in my 10 gallon tank. I have another tank for babies so the parents will be the only ones in the 10 gal. Any ideas?

I would consider a nano planted shrimp tank. Cherry shrimp etc.....
