predator ideas for 75 gallon!
looked into cichlids there awesome but wanted something a wee bit diff more ferocious like a piranha when eating but can live full life 75 gallon with a not a lrger total for everything tanks equipment etc more than 600-700 dollars. but remmember ive only kept lizards and a small 10 gallon community tank for almost 5 years now. cant get snakehead due to legal issues and piranhas to unactive. and all other predators just frikin eat and regurgatate rather than a awesome cool kill like piranhas do it like and snakeheads! any good fish to look for with my quaries?:naughty:

You can get piranhas just not red bellies like most people have. You can get exodons which are smaller piranhas. Look into them they are pretty cool!

definitely check out the common and red high fin wolf fish!!! Also consider polypterus. Many awesome subspecies to choose from.

you won't regret it.

oh and I noticed that you are from toronto. there are many awesome exotic fish stores nerby such as big als, aquatic kingdom and dragon aquarium in Missisuaga. I always go there. There are also a few big al's in the GTA too. definitely worth looking. very nice stores.

I say Exodons if want feeding frenzies..
Also polys are not ferocious when they eat so i dunno if thats for you dude.

I know exodons/bucktooth tetra there awesome but I like one bad ass not a bunch because of more work and many die from attacking eachother and only last 3-6 years cuz of them eating eachother and life span short. but the red wolf fish are not active though! are they? and piranhas to hard for me sinnce im going to university and there just to not active. but really looking for a active killer but not a bunch big nor little rather one

Yesterday you were talking about red devils and green terrors, also do you plan on feeding live food 24/7? Because you keep mentioning "awesome kills"

im not one of those dumb kids gonna take crap care of it Im gonna try my best to take care of whatever i get till it passes away adn keep it clean and healthy and also provide hide outs and make his home as natuaral as possible and comfortable for him or her

my number one fear is that once i get a tiger oscar whne it gets older lets say 4 5 years age it will sit on bottom of tank and only come up to eat! but anyways you guys seem to be avoiding my question. 1-3 tiger oscar with 1-3 JD in a 75 gallon?
