Looking for a small black arowana

Does anybody know of a LFS in NJ or eastern PA that has one of these guys? I'm looking for a small one to grow out, like 4-6". All of the ones I've seen are closer to 12". Is that a seasonal thing?

Black arowana are seasonal. You should start seeing the first available babies here in a month or so. 4-6" aren't really available until the end of the summer.
