Looking for a spot in FL to go PBASS fishing

This spring I will be on my way to Fl for a week (work) and would like to do a little PBASS fishing... But not a pay-ed trip but some (Free of the side of the road PBASS fishing). So how far south would I have to go to catch so peacks... and can any on drop the name of a good spot...

North miami or any part of miami. there are some parts near orlando where people have cought a pbass but rarley happens.

there are no peas in orlando its way too cold in the winter for them. From miami up to southern palm beach county you can find pbass... if youre on the west coast there wont be any there.... good luck

Is it to cold in Jan to PBASS fish or can you fish year around...



It looks like I will be in fl Jan 10-14 and then early spring...

Where's JuanTamad, he'd have the answer...tho I don't know if he wants to give his secrets out. (it's his home turf).

Miami area in the drainage canels and west along alligator alley for a ways, Oscars too if your interested.

You'll need a temp. fishing license unless you use a cane pole. They (F/W) do check around there.
