hello to all. im new to this site, in fact ive never joined any site this is my first one. ive been in the fish hobby for 25 plus years i used to breed many different types of fish and sell them to whole sale stores in the Detroit and Cleveland areas when i was younger but now i just enjoy the hobby by keeping fish. i have a 300 gallon ciclid tank, a 210 gallon koi tank, and another 300 gallon tank that is not stocked with anything yet. thats where im looking for some advice. its a new tank 6' by 3' so i can put priety big fish in it. i love arowanas and have had them and just about all the other standard large fish over the years. i just sold my 280 gallon reef tank which i had for 10 years and decided to switch to all fresh water because im going thru a divorce and the condo im in has no real good way for me to change salt water without reuning things. I would like to get some very unique monster fish, but i havent been able to find much info from people keeping them other than the std fair, is anyone out there keeping very unique monsters that i can talk to?

heres some:cichla will last very long in that tank,a school of hydrolycus tatauaia would look awesome.
you can try a hoplias species like sp. black or lacerdae.
theres LOTS of fish you can try for a tank like that.
