I recently acquired a 145 gallon tank that I'm refinishing and building a stand for. Long term I think it would make a great tank for a black rhom. I live in Michigain and I'm having a hard time finding someplace to acquire said rhom. Anyone that can point me to a reputable dealer from personal experience?

What are the dimensions? .....aquascape......if you are going to get a smaller rhom less then 8 inches don't bother putting it in a 145....they go so slow it will almost never fill out that tank

The tank is 60 inches long, 18.5 inches wide and 31 inches for the depth. I have a 55 and 30 I could use for a grow out tank...for years based on what I've read about growth rates

Thanks!

I personally like large tanks for grow outs for Rhoms. I had a 4" Blue Diamond in a planted 180 and that fish used every inch of that tank. Plus he went for just over 4" to 11" in under 2 years in that tank. But a tank that size is a waste for other P's I have kept like Brantii, Comp, Altuv,Elongs and so on but Rhoms seem to enjoy the room even at small sizes.
