I really want to get one of these guys.
I like silvers and blacks, but something about african aro's I really like.
I want to get like 2 florida gar, an african aro, and some polypterus for a 180.

here is my baby the pride and joy of my tank and the reason i upgraded from a 75gal to a 210 gal(why do they ask for length and not volume?? is it because other parts of would would run of liter instead of gallons???) Never sexed it but would guess it to be a male bought it when it was 5" for $60 at a LFS now "he" is around 2 feet and has the appatite of a king!!! the same LFS houses a 12" silver for $150 but hez so ugly i can't buy him...he has no "feelers" on his lip the owner says he slams the top and that is why they are gone...a dull silver with no red unlike mine he looks like he swallowed a red crayon on some days...exspecially a couple days after a big krill feeding!!!
OMG those pics sux i will have to retake them they are old n e wayz i have since removed gravel too hard to keep clean......the white undergravel filter reflects light up making fish a way more brillant red that in those pix ecept the one is kind newer you can see the white undergravel at bottom of tank o yeah you can notice the feeders in the one pic those were crappie minnows from a local baitshop at 69 cents a dozen you can't go wrong.....UNTIL YOU GET ICK!!!! now i feed only LFS feeder goldfish that i buy every tuesday and quarintine in a 10gal tank until friday when they meet their fate!!
