looking for cheap led solution volcano need help

hey guys im building a volcano in my tank i have a stump that is about 40cm wide at base and and top is around 25cm wide opening i got this idea off youtube but i want to go a step further and make it bigger

i already have a air pumps lines and stones

my question is what is the best and cheapest way i can shine a red glow out the top of the stump thrue the bubbles

heres the challenge i have 45 dollers to spend
