looking for chep sting ray ....help me

well ive been lookin for a sting ray pup for about a year now and all the one i see are in the 900 to 1000 range and i dont feel right spending that much ....i dont know if im looking at the wrong place or at the wrong type of sting ray ...im lookin to spend 100 too 300 help me thank you

retic is $70 and motoro is $150 that is cheap ray to start with

You should be able to find a captive bred motoro for 125 or less but not usually from an lfs. Retics cheaper yet. Just be sure you are able to house a motoro as it matures.
