looking for crayfish but have a certain... taste

i dont really have a taste but my last cray (red claw) was pretty funky but i gave him away cos i had a few bottom dwellers coming in so any way i have 3x 10 gals and a 20 gal and i live in the uk so some may be banned but i am interested in breeding them i like P. clarkii but dont know ifthey are banned in my country also they may get a 65 gal if my dad gets a new tank and he gives me the 115 gal. any ideas i also have parents that wont spend too much on a fish £35 currently seems to be my limit

I'm pretty sure all the eatin' crays are P. Clarkii's or P. Aleni's but I have no idea if it's that way over in Scotland.
