looking for info on a fish help

some one is offering me a paratilapia bleeheri . temperment and what are they worth

Semi-aggressive but can be kept with other cichlids it's size temperment. As far as value, need to know which variant (small spot or large spot) and the size.

That size usually demands the range of $45 to $75. Which side of the range depends on patterning/fins/amount of brown/etc. If I were looking to buy, I'd say this one was in the $45-$50 range. If the pattern included a broader base of large spots, then I'd go higher. It's a fine looking specimen for display. If the intent is to breed the fish, line-breeders tend to select fish with more of the large spots.The patterns can be highly variable. Here's one of mine for comparison:
