I'm trying to convert my planted 75 to a monster tank. I want to aquascape it with rocks and wood. However, I cant find any good pictures using wood and/or rocks that are not planted or cichlid tanks. So what I'm asking is, are there any websites or galleries that might prove useful? Thanks

Have you tried searching the photo gallery here at all?

There's a lot of tanks that have driftwood and rocks but aren't cichlid or planted tanks. You'll just have to start looking through some photos.

Sorry, I don't really personally know any sites that would specifically have anything like that. When I aquascape I usually want it to be completely unique to myself, so I don't use others photos much.

As a matter of fact the photo gallery and forum were the first place I looked =). Didnt find anything useful though. And while I do like my tanks to have a distinct style, I would like to look through some photos for ideas. Top on my list of priorties is the color of substrate I'm going to use, since its a BIG deal if I find the substrate doesnt match my wood or stones

I'm redoing my 180g next week and I just posted a pic I found on the web that I'm going to try and copy. My MOnster tank will hold a Gar, Dat, and Jardini (fingers crossed).

Here's the lin where I just posted the pic.

Allows for a nice look with still open swimming area for Monsters.

Thanks for all the feedback guys. I managed to find some pictures to give you guys an idea of what I am talking about

Supposedly all the plants in the first pic are fake as well.

yea use the DIY background i posted and the root sytem will work wonders for the tank you want.
