Looking for large amounts of Neon or Cardinal tetras

Looking to buy 150-200 tetras Neon or Cardinal. Prefer cardinals but not a deal breaker.

Obviously I am looking for the best price. Fish will need to be shipped to Naperville, IL 60540.

Won't need them for a month or two just looking for a better source than LFS or large online retailers. (They don't give a decent enough price break on quantity)
