I have a 200 gallon tank (7-2-2) and currently have a silver arowana, place, tsn, Florida gar, Oscar, two red belly pacu, and a clown knife. Most of these fish will eventually be moving into a large pond once they outgrow this tank so don't worry about that. I'm wanting to add a large exotic looking bottom dwelling fish that will not outgrow the tank (so stays at around 2'), can co-exist with these fish, is commonly available, and doesn't cost a fortune (below $40). What are my options?

how about a large ornate bichir , very interesting fish in my opinion. not really an in your face fish but a nice addition to any large tank

I've had bad luck with bichirs in the past.. And the only place around here that sells any other than dinosaurs has them at about $80-$150. So I think bichirs aren't the best option for me

How about deal with ur current incorrect tankmates before adding some??

Plz remove ur gar
