I am in a bind and need to figure out something to re line my pond with. I have about a 2500 gallon outdoor pond and it has a leak somewhere. Finding it will be like finding a needle in a haystack. I have invested a lot of money in some nice koi and need to figure something out quick. I thought about just getting another 45mm liner but wanted to also consider my other options. I do not mind changing the shape a little if needed. I am also considering concrete and then sealing it but I need to do this on a kind of tight budget and paying someone labor on that can be 3/4 of the cost. I can do alot of things but laying concrete is not one if them or even something i would want to do. So I was wondering do they make large preform liners? Also any other thought would be great.

I would just look for the leak. The leak is either in the liner, streambed or waterfall, or the mechanical devices and connections. Rarely does a pond liner leak from the bottom. The leak is usually in the sides of the liner. Turn off the pumps and see if the pond is still losing water. If the water level doesn't drop, the leak is in the pump or connections. If the water level is still getting lower, then the leak is in the liner. Let the water level drop until the pond stops leaking water. Of course you have to be sure there is enough water for the fish. Once the water level stabilizes, you know the leak is at or right above that level. Now you have to carefully look at the liner for the leak. You should be able to find the leak and repair it.
