Looking for LFS in South Florida

Hey guys

Ill be in south Florida fora few weeks and would like to know if there are any good fresh water stores around? Name or there web link would be very helpful.

there's a couple of decent places, nothing spectacular though. There's a Big Al's in Tamarac, FL, and there's Exotic Aquariums in Miami for example. They both have websites.

If you're in miami i highly recommend exotic aquariums.

there is also the Neighborhood Fish Farm in miami, which is an outdoor lfs more than a true 'fish farm' in the commercial sense

south florida is a big place; if you are Ft Lauderdale area, you would check out Big Al's in Tamarac (www.bigalsusa.com), or maybe Beverly's Pet Center in Pembroke Pines (www.beverlyspet.com)

if you are in Palm Beach country, my favorite LFS is Barrier Reef in Boca Raton; despite the name, they have a decent selection of freshwater fish, and they recently upgraded their FW section (no website)

and one more to check out is Mark's Ark, which is in Lake Worth (no website)
