Aquascape is pretty good with Ps. I've seen manueli on their lists before. They have sales threads down in the MFK Vendors Section

Aquascape will ship to canada, but canadian laws put a wildlife import fee of like $150 per shipment. So i'd link up with other piranha keepers in your area and set up a group order so you all can split the cost of the fee and everyone get fresh imported fish.
