Looking for more tank mates...

Currently in my tank I have an 8" clown knife, a 6" Lima Shovelnose, and two 6" needle nose gars. I am looking to add a middle swimmer. Does anyone have any suggestions? I was thinking about a couple 8" tinfoil barbs but I'm not sure they would be compatible with my other fish. Or maybe some peaceful South American cichlids?? Suggestions please!

Also, my tank is 125 gallons. I know I have to upgrade it eventually and rest assured, I will. So if we could, I would like to refrain from having that conversation.

Any help would be appreciated!

lol I would love to get an Arowana. I'm not sure I could upgrade the tank fast enough for one though. Also, to get one at a size where he wouldn't get picked on, I would be spending about $100. That's just a little out of the budget for me right now. But if I can't think of anything else, I may be starting an Arowana savings fund.
