Looking for Penguin Bio Wheel 330 filter components

Lo and behold, I find out that this model has been discontinued.

Looking to buy an extension tube for the filter intake and bulk filter cartridges. (As far as I know, they only require a pair of blue filter inserts, but if anyone owns the filter and knows they require more, please let me know.)

Shipping acceptable (either priority or standard parcel post). But something local preferable. [Lexington, KY/Louisville, KY/South Bend, IN]

Also need the bio filter sponge that goes forward of the chemical and mechanical filtration. (If this works the same way as any HOB + biowheels.)
