looking for rainbow snakeheads

hello im new to this site i live in bc lower mainland looking to start a new tank with some rainbows i used to have a giant snakehead however it was one of my first fish and i didnt know exactly how big they got untill he was pushing 30" so i had to sell him to a lfs so if anyone knows of where to get some rainbows please let me know thanks!

Spencer Jack Online sells them sometimes you will have to keep and eye on his list. Also availability will depend on the season for Channa.
And watch out in B.C because they are spouse to becoming illegal there soon.

not much help with out the name of the store lol. airdrie eh, ill be moving there soon perhaps ill go to this shop when I get there in a month or 2.

Oh sorry, the store is called Pisces pet emporium. Oh and I was there yesterday and learnt that the rainbow snakeheads are bread locally.
So you're moving this way, Airdrie is great I love it here. And Alberta is cheaper than BC lol.

dutch nut that's good to here about airdrie, I heard its real nice there, and good place to invest in property as well as a good amount of welding work close by for me to make good money at. im almost 100% sure that's where im planning to buy a place. ill have to check out this shop when I arrive for sure.

Probably the biggest shop in airdrie is Propac. There is a Trans Canada pipeline shop too.
The houses here are way cheaper than Calgary and you get a brand new one. Houses built by Genisis and McKee homes are really nice and better to deal with. I bought from Douglas homes, stay away from them. Lol.

^ Nice, you machinists are a pretty smart bunch, worked with a few at my last job repairing aviation parts, I did the welding and they machined it all back to size, pretty impressive what yall can do with a simple block/bar/slab of metal, one day I would like learn that trade but welding is where my heart lies, love melting stuff lol. Ya BC is crazy expensive, with no work, and low wages, Im in BCIT finishing my tickets and getting my pressure tickets after, and I talk to people about alberta and its a no brainer to go there and make a good life for myself, and that's the reason I picked airdrie on the map, close to Calgary and Edmonton and cheeper and new places. land there is going to Boom in the next 10-15 years. when I get there ill have to track you down and have a beer and see your fish one day. being how your the closest thing to knowing anyone there LOL my buddy in my class atm is actually moving there as well and was saying he just did a tour of propac and told me to check it out when I arrive. ill have to tell him about avoiding douglas homes
