As the title says I am looking at buying a 300 + gallon tank and Glasscages has some good prices, but I have gotten mixed reviews,if you guys/gals could let me know:confused:

I've heard good and bad(mainly customer service) reviews, but I plan on ordering a tank from them in the next couple of months.

I have heard costumor sevice is bad but I have heard that the tanks are a avrage in quality... perfectco has a 265 and you might be able to find a shop that carries a 265 beacause they are only 35 gallons smaller than a 300 gallon...

That was one of the things I heard was their tanks aren't lets say "show quality". I was thinking about a 265 but they are only 7 feet so I would only be gaining an extra foot from my 180. This is going to sound stupid but I want this to be my last upgrade. Oh how many times we have said that.

I have their 240g 8x2x2. Tank and stand are nice but not impressed with their glass lids. I have the one with overflows and no problems or concerns.

I've owned the 300 tall. I had it running for 4 years sold it and it is still running at new owners house for over 2 years. I can't complain. I had it built into a wall so I didn't mind that there was no plastic bracing around it. They are built strong. And heavy as hell. I would buy another if I needed a smaller tank again
