Looking for rigid black sponge media

I am looking for rigid black sponge media. I converted my whisper Hob into a sponge filter for my shrimp so that the babies wont meet an untimely demise via impeller. To do this I used an aquaclear sponge filter media. It works absolutely perfectly unfortunately it is bright white and is killing the asthetics in my planted tank. I can't seem to find rigid black sponge filter media anywhere but I figured someone here must have run across this stuff. Preferably an online source would be excellent. Thanks!

Check Home Depot...in the pond section, that's where I get mine...good luck

Thanks for the ideas. I found a prefilter for a fluval edge that is working ok. It is slightly too big but it stays on. I will check home depot the next time I head out to see if I can find something that will be a little more snug.
