I HAVEN'T SEEN ANY GOLD LINE, RED EYED ROYALS (L027) FOR YEARS. ANYONE KNOW WHERE TO GET THEM AND HOW MUCH $.

Over here on the west coast we have Gold lines ocassionally, which usually are going for around $50. L027 is not "the red eyed royal" and the red eye in these is hit and miss. Red eyed royals L190, the more common pleco to see, is seen around here every single day, and go for around $35. Most LFS in the area have at least one or two. In fact one down in Lewiston Idaho has a L330 Full spot royal pleco with brilliant red eyes, for $65. But we have a really active Pleco breeder up in spokane, that even has True Zebra Plecos L46 available.
If you check some of the online wholesale place, or aquabid you might be able to find one. Petsolutions.com has them listed but are out of stock.
Im assuming you have asked your lfs to order you one right? If they cant theres a few online stores that usually have them in stock heres some stores that have a variety of plecos not just royals.
