Ok so im going to be buying my uncles 150 gallon and that will be my main tank eventually. I have a common wolf fish, a loiselli, a jag, and a clown knife fish. I am also growing out a pair of hujeta gars in my fiances tank. What fish should i put in the 150. I thought about the wolf getting his own tank but wanna know about sizes/ I've heard a 50 gallon breeder would be good for an adult and also a 75. Anyone?

What are the dimensions? I think the wolf and clown knife will outgrow the 150. The type of wolf fish that can be kept in a 50 gallon is the red wolf fish. I believe yours is a mal, and I'm pretty sure they get BIG and don't work with tankmates.

The 150 is standard size i think its 72x18 3/4x26 i think. From what I've been reading the clown knife usually only hits up to 18 inches in the aquarium and the wolf will hit 15-20. I know that this could be wrong I was just stating thats what ive read on some sites. The store i bought the knife fish from said that most ppl that buy them are also buying wolf fish as tankmates. The fish keeper said that his 12 inch wolf is tankmates with a 8 inche clown knife
