Looking for what to do in Orlando FL area next Friday....?

I will be down there next week & looking either for some really cool stores to visit & prefer some with Fresh water setups. Or Public Aquarium types?
I will have a rental car for Friday only.
May make the drive to not to far fish farms?
Any suggestions would be helpful.
