I am looking to buy a wet/dry filter for my 160g freshwater. I saw this on the web and was just wondering if this would be a good setup for the price or the if the price is to high.
This is going to be my first wet/dry I have usually just used canister filters.

If not could some one please let me know where I could buy a better one. Also is an overflow box really necessary?

Thanks
Brad

Hey neighbor, check this out:http://www.petpromenade.com/ProductDetail.jsp?LISTID=15E50000-951167339.....Everyone around here buys this brand for their big tanks(125+)....I just bought a 180 myself, and will be diving into the realm of wet/dry filtration too...I actually ordered mine direct from my lfs today.....I'm getting the one that is in the link:thumbsup: ....

Hey Importracer just wondering if the LFS you ordered it from is any where near Gardena, Ca. Also the price of the one in the link is it higher or lower than you paid. Also is the only difference with the Pro series that is has a protein skimmer.

Thanks
Brad

Heres an off topic question for you what do you drive? Do you have a fixed up import?
Heres mine

The shipping costs $80-110 for the 200 model.....My shop in San Francisco does'nt charge me for the shipping but only adds $5 or$10 to the price, so it works out nicely....BTW...Nice ride....

Promotional code is

"gpet" for 10% off.

Drop the S.

You guys may want to look at ebay. I bought a like new 200 with a brand new skimmer....no shipping for $150 yesterday.
