Looking to get a Tigrinus Lima Hybrid

Can any one tell me how big these get? The guy at the lfs isn't too knowledgeable about these guys and is pricing them at 25$, is this a good price as well? I just love the way they look.

I've never seen a lima/tig hybrid but imagine that $25 is a good price. A 4in tig runs you $150. Limas are the cheapest shovelnose to my knowledge. You're looking at probably about a 24in fish in due time. What size is it now? Any pictures? If you like the fish, I'd pick it up. $25 is a cheap fish for most people on this site;).
 
I had a pic but I guess I deleted it from my phone, I will see if I can grab one next time I go down there, and I would say he is roughly 4 inches.
 
I'd definitely pick him up. If its really a tig/lima, it will be a rarer hybrid and definitely worth the $25 IMO.
 
Nice I'll go down tomorrow and tell him to hold it till I get the cash and I will post pics when I obtain the little devil.
