anyone ever used one of these? ok everyone knows rubbermaid tubs will crack with a big pump in them after time, howbout this thing?

I looked at the link and as above says, i will be a pain in the rear to baffle it, also at that price could you not get a cheap tank to fit out?

May be different over there but in the UK i can get a tank from privatev adds for under £100 that size.

Someone on here built a sump / wetdry out of one and put dividers in it. Let me see if I can find it and yes it will work

It doesn't look too hard. Looks like you silicone it just like a glass sump.

thanks for the help i like it. a 150g tub will be big enough for like a 700g tank right? im going with mostly 1.25" bioballs probably a 40g bucket of them

i would get a little bigger. i have this for a sump on my 450 gal and its almost too small

i guess it depends on your stock and turnover rate though....

im planning on probably either 2 hammerheads or a hot tub pump and like 3 fx5's the hot tub pump im still researching.
