somewhere close to you...
I just notice this while I was cleaning my fish tank this evening...

I notice there was a lot of clear oil drops on the water surface of my tank...

I have 11 RBP's in my tank and I have never seen this before...I ran my hand across the surface of the water and it smelled like fish oil...

Has anyone ever seen this or run across this problem?
My tank is in my garage and lately its been really hot outside, not sure if this would have anything to do with it?

I've had similar issue in the past in my 75g rhom tank, usually after feeding (smelts, fish fillets, etc), I could notice oil build up around dead spot on the surface, usually at the opposite corner of my filter outlet where there's little to no water movement.
you can try to increase water movement on the surface, either try to direct some flow from your filter or power head or add some air stones at those spots.
if you are running canister filters you can try to add a surface skimmer to one of the filter near the oil build up.
