I recently lost my eel. I think he swam into the intake on my canister filter and was living in there. well little did I know when I laid the hose down to take the filter to the sink and service it, he must of got out. weeks later wondering where the hell he went to. I did some cleaning and under the tv stand he was. what a bummer!! oh well now I know. keep your intake and output covered. But I got a Green terror to replace him.
