I bought 2 plecos from Walmart a couple weeks ago (Not the best store) and now they just disappeared. I have about a 2000 gallon pond with 16 goldfish. 1 7 inch platinum butterfly koi. one mature black moor, 30 guppy fry, a few guppy males and females, and one female betta. I bought the plecos when hey were like 3-4 inches for 3 dollars each. Now when I came out there I can't find them!:irked:

Alas, maybe they got eaten, either by the other pondmates, or from the egrets or other wildlife that are near your pond.

Which part of florida are you in? There are plecos living in the wild, either escaped or released into florida waterways. You could probably find a replacement easily by collecting one from "the wild."

I live right next to the gulf of mexico about one hour south of tampa. I usually go to these rivers where my friend lives and there are these plecos that are like 30 inches long!
