Lost my 15.5 inch Endli

When i got home, found my Endli dead. it was in an upright position.
not really sure whats the cause of death .

3 week ago it suddenly swam awkwardly and lost its balance, I tried to treat it with EPSOM salt and Azoo anti endo parasite .
I thought it recovered already , but noticed it was less active than before.

Noticed some blood ?

any ideas on cause of death?
Its been a long time since i've fed with feeders.
But before the incident 3 weeks ago which it lost its balance, I suspect it was able to eat a few pieces of superworm for my aro, not sure if this could be the cause?

Thanks, I tested last night, 0 ammonia, ph at 7.5 temp at 29deg Celsius .

I once had an Ornate that I thought I cured it's bloat, but it stopped eating after the swelling went down and died a few weeks later.

thanks really feel bad about losing him, as I really liked his pattern and raised him from 7 inches, but i guess its really part of fish keeping
