Lost my largest female ornate ,found her behind the 180. Took a measurement she was a little over a foot in length, I grow her out from 2 inches. Thought every spot was secure, but she managed to get by where the hang on overflow box is placed.
man ive had fish get out where you would have thought an ant couldnt go, it happens to all aquarist at some time. All you can do is your best, try to learn and improve, and move on.. Sorry indeed for your loss.
