Lost my Sister Tracy tonight. After our hopes being high because surgery went so well last week, two days ago she developed a sepsis infection because of the aplastic anemia she had. I feel like I not only lost my Sister but my best friend as well. We did everything together and we always knew we could count on each other no matter what. I feel like half of myself is now gone. My life will never be the same without her.

Very sorry to hear this Steve, I wish you and your family the best in this tough time. My brother is my best friend so I could only imagine what you’re going through.

Big condolences Steve, sounds like the two of you had an awesome relationship that many siblings (incl. myself) would be envious of. And while your life will never be the same most assuredly your sister would want you to carry on in the most positive ways you could, she'll always be by your side in spirit.

Steve, I'm sorry to hear this. My condolences to you and you family. My wife and I lost our son about a year ago and I can tell you it'll get easier as time goes by. It'll never go away, but it'll get easier. Somewhere along the way when you think of your sister you'll smile and think of the good times.
