lost my white bass

i came home and when i walk into my room he started to swim real funny and he look all stiff. then he jumped out of the tank, and i couldn't rescue him. he aslo seemed to have locked jaws. he perfically helathy too.

i had him for month or so everything is fine normal water he eats great. what i thnk happen is he broke jaw when i came in becase i heard somthing hit somehard, then he started to freak out. i then whent to open the top of the tank and he flys out. didn't make after that.

Sorry for your loss, stinks that it happened to a healthy fish. How big was he?

he was about 6inches and ty for your concerins(bad spelller srry)

Yeah I had that happen to my yellow perch my bass chased him up to the surface and he hit his head on the top and knocked himself out cold and he never woke up. Larry was never the same after that he doesn't eat like he use to anymore now he only eats one to two shiners instead of five or six and he is 11 inches long.
