Tank: 20H (roughly 24" X 12" X 16"), started 1/7 with 10gal cycled water and filter

Single floro strip light on for 6hrs/day, 20lb gravel substrate, driftwood, 3 anubias

Filter: AC70 (media bottom-top;Sponge, 35.26oz or aprox. 200 cylinders of biomax, filter wool to water line)

Maintenance schedule: 50% wc every 5 days, last one was 1/28, filter media is rinsed in tank water. Biomax bags are carefully removed and placed in tank wated as not to disturb the BB

Parameters: pH=7.5, Ammonia=0ppm, Nitrite=0ppm, Nitrate<5ppm, Temp=78F

Stock: 4 Peppered corys, 1 Spotted Raphael (@3"), and 1 red tiger oscar (@3" and only temporary)

Heres the issue, after the WC yesterday everything was fine. This morning (7am), everything was clear. I get home (5pm), and there is all of this fine particulate suspended in the water. It isnt enough to cloud the water, but enough to notice.

Whats goin on with it? Should I be worried about a "mini cycle" if the params are norm?

sounds like the substrate or the filter is over due for a cleaning.
Did you rinse/clean the substrate first?

Id say chill and test the water. Most likely a bacterial bloom.
Best of luck ,
