Here are my current tanks and what they have in them. I need to do something different, I can add another 29g/20long under my RES tank. After thats its get a bigger tank or/and do some serious fish shuffling.

What kinda of craziness have I gotten myself into over the years?

55g Juvies
4 Texas
1 Severum
4 Cobal Blue Zebra
3 Kenyi
1 Electric Blue johani
1 Red Zebra
1 Albino Ice
4 .5" Hybrid African Fry"

46g
1 JD Male 7"
1 Kenyi Male 4"

20gH1 Salt
empty

20gH2 Planted
Guppies A LOT

29G
1 GT Male 6"
1 Con Male 4"

29g
1 RES Turtle

10g Con Pair maybe?
Empty

10g Fry Tank

throw'em all into one really big tank and let'em fight it out. winner gets to stay.

10g is too small for cons imo, make that a hospital tank. And then as far as shuffling you're overstocked and mixing africans with ca/sa so not much you can shuffle. You need bigger tanks or to get rid of something.

The turtle in the 29G is a RES. Hes about 4"s in diameter at the shell. Eventually I know he will need a bigger tank as they can grow 10"+ in diameter.

I would like a 75g or even better a 125g 6 foot tank for my CA's. As a tank upgrade once the sev gets bigger.

My other thinking was move all the africans into the 46g except for my large kenyi.

Put the JD and GT in the 55g.

Move the guppies into a 10g and that leaves me with a 29g and a 20gH open.

Breed the cons maybe in the 20H and move out the male once there are fry. The sev, and 2 male cons could live in the 29g.

My concern would be the JD beating up my GT, (my gt is a wimp) and if they don't get a long put in a divider tell I have a bigger tank.

I would still need to do something about the texas....maybe just keep the best looking one and grow it out in the 29g.

20 gal is way too small to breed cons

I disagree .....I think a 20 gal is the minimum tank size to breed them in........I had mine breeding in a 20H for a while but they're in a 29gallon now......

20g imo bare minumum for cons. However I wouldn't leave either a texas or severum in a 29g for life.

i didnt know you had 100
