low light planted tank

setup: 20g long
2 20" fluorescent lights. one 6700k and one regular one.
ph: 7.5
kh: 4dh
gh: 10dh
ammonia: 0
nitrites: 0
nitrates: 0
stocklist: red cherry shrimp
plants: anubias barteri, anubias congensis, a crypt, java fern, java moss and unidentified plant that needs to be id.

question: im kinda new to planted tanks so i was wondering if having this many plants with no CO2 is a problem. obviously CO2 would help but will it be fine as is. also plant id on this plant.

You're pretty good with these bulletproof plants (don't know about the un-ID; ID isn't my strongpoint). Maybe every week or so get a good all purpose fert (like SeaChem's Flourish) and dose, just to keep any deficiencies at bay.

Don't worry about CO2. If you want to see some slightly boosted growth, get some Excel (also made by seachem) and dose periodically.
 
dunno the plant, but you surely do not need CO2. I would not fertilize because of the RCS, if you have to fertilize I wouldnt use liquid ferts, they probably wont outright kill your shrimp, but over time they are bad for them. Your plants wont die w/o fertilizer. Your crypt may melt off a bunch of leaves, but they will regrow. Your water is pretty hard anyway, doubt you're out of any trace elements.
