250 gallon tank, 80 x 26 x 28

Light is three pieces 48 inch florescent bulbs
When I am sited, eye level is at the gravel level, basically I am looking up at a slight angle. At this height the tank looks like it has a slight algae bloom, but when I am standing the tank is crystal clear.

How can solve this ?

All water in aquariums will look a little hazy when viewing from the substrate level upward towards the light. Even in the purest most pristine water there will be suspended bio matter as well as trace mineral particles. Just keep up with larger WC's and you should see improvement.

When I first got my latest used tank, a 180 gal, it came with a stand, that was about 3 ft tall.
And when it was set on the patio (especially with the hood on), it looked like a monolith,

and even with that stand height allowing room underneath, cramming the sump underneath left little maneuvering room for maintenance.
My solution was to trash the stand altogether, use 3 steal reinforced pallets (height 14" stacked) as the stand, and position the sump off to the side.
Sump Maintenance is now a breeze and the tank looks way less imposing, and even while sitting, looking at the tank is always at a slightly downward angle.
