I was wondering how to lower the ph in my tank without using chemicals because my tap comes out to be about 7.6 and I was wanting to lower it to as close to 7 or under as I can safely for my ray tank

what kind of fish? my tap is also 7.6 and very steady. I keep wild discus and they are happy and healthy. 7.6 is not a huge difference to 7.0. fish will adjust. the best way would be mixing RO with your tap but make sure you don't cause any ph swings. if your water is a steady 7.6, I would just leave it alone.
Alright, well the fish is a potamotrygon reticulata, I don't know if it is captive bred or wild caught but someone in another section said I should lower the ph
