lowering temp after ich

Do i lower all back at once from 86 to 80 or do i do it in slower increments of a few days?Also will the salt and higher temp help with gill fluke or other internal or externsl parasites?Also if i used Prazipro in my whole tank would it have any adverse reations to healthy fish?Thanks for any info.

Thank you ill do it,just always worried when lowering temp.Had a power outage last week and temp went from 82 to 74 and thats how a few got ich i beleive.
