Beautiful corals. It's nice for once to see someone else properly caring for such magnificent animals, and the proof is in the pictures - they are gorgeous. Could you provide a full tank shot?
Alco - She would need to be using Metal Halide and Blue Actinic lighting - which I am sure she is judging by the way they look.

Alco, T5HO lighting (five 39watt bulbs with individual reflectors). This tank has been up and running since Aug 2006 and until Nov/Dec 07 was illuminated by power compacts. Mostly LPS and softies (though I've got two SPS in there as well, added after the T5's). Regarding fish, I've got two azure damsels, a royal gramma and a tail spot blenny. Other purchased occupants include a featherduster worm, fighting conch, porcelein crab.

Waterbaby83, firstly, I'm a he ('kay bee' equating to my initials "KB"), but I understand the confusion since "kay" is typically a woman's name. :)

Regarding a full tank shot, the first pic is how it's looked until very recently, the second photo, with only about 90% of the tank being shown, is how it appears now (admittedly crowded with corals):

Here is a link of the tank earlier this year (a lot more xenia back then) and shots of other corals:

So sorry about that - my bad for assuming. Tank looks awesome, and I like your alternative take on the lighting. I typically stick to halides - so once again, *insert foot into mouth* I assumed you did as well. LOL Neverthelss, looks good MAN... teehee
