I have a luciocephalus pulcher that was in a 55gal with some young Oscar's. I moved it a 30gal by itself and it has been in there for around 12hours and it just goes up and down the glass. It was swimming around last night fine. I fed it a feeder fish but it dose not seem to be interested. Please help

Give more time to adjust. Also hope you quarantine your feeders prior to feeding to your fish.

+1. I’m sure the feeder will eventually disappear.

Is your water soft and acidic?
This is one of those species that soft, acidic, tea colored water is crucial to.
If its not, maybe simply neutral in pH, you might try hanging a bag of peat in the tank to help it adjust.
