Today at my lfs I managed to get hold of temensis for 9.99 each. Got 3 for $25. They're very hard to get hold of in this area and never for such a good price!!! :grinyes::grinyes::grinyes::grinyes: :clap:clap:clap Heres some pics of the new guys

I see what you're saying and Im very familiar with that particular vid. My tems however are NOWHERE near that size. Those are around 5in. Mine may not even be 1in yet. Now you guys got me second guessing myself. lol

I really hope you guys are wrong. I will admit for a moment at first glance I was in disbelief but they def started looking more tem like when I got them home. Their body is more elongated than your typical cichla baby and the coloring looks right. The truth is they are still very stressed out and tiny as hell. I've had tems in the past but not quite this small. They are barely pushing the 1in mark. I apologize for my lousy phone cam but heres another pic where hopefully you guys can ID them a little better.;)

those are stressed out ocells or monos. sorry dude... once they get use to tank they will lose the tem look.

didnt mean to burst you bubble bud...... but they are another type of species of cichla...:(

heres a pic of mines @ a juvinile stage.. something you can refer too.. hope it helps out, and no worries they are gonna be as beautiful as the tems that you thought they were gonna be..:)
